Sales Operations Manager

KELA, the global leader in actionable threat intelligence, is looking for a Strategic Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales team. Responsibilities:

• Streamline and optimize global sales processes from lead generation to deal closure.
• Ensure proper use of HubSpot systems to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and close deals efficiently.
• Develop and maintain standardized sales processes that drive efficiency and ensure consistency across the global sales team.
• Track and report on strategic KPIs like conversion rates, sales cycle time, deal value, and customer satisfaction to inform executive decisions.
• Collaborate with customer success and support teams to ensure seamless transitions from sales to post-sale processes, driving global customer retention and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in a strategic sales operations’ role.
• HubSpot experience – MUST!
• Proven experience working with sales teams and cross-functional departments to optimize performance on a global scale.
• Exceptional command of English (verbal and written) – very high level.
• Creative problem-solving skills to identify and remove sales process bottlenecks across regions.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple global projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry – an advantage.
