Director of IT & Information Systems

We are looking for a charismatic, energetic, and experienced individual to lead and leap our IT& Information Systems disciplines over to the next level in terms of operational restructuring, technology evolution, compliance provisioning, project management standardization and control, budgeting best practices, inbound infrastructure & systems, help desk structuring, DevOps provisioning, SAAS production formation and more.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the group IT strategy to support business objectives.
• Manage and oversee multi-P&L IT operations and budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness, and optimal resource allocation.
• Manage and evolve the group's inbound infrastructure and systems.
• Manage and evolve high availability SAAS production and DevOps infrastructure.
• Establish and manage a healthy and responsive help desk operation.
• Lead IT organizational and professional restructuring and evolution processes.
• Establish, initiate, and oversee a healthy IT multi-project operation.
• Establish and enforce IT regulations, policy, and compliance.
• Manage and evolve our On-Prem and multi-cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and efficient services.
• Implement and maintain strong cybersecurity measures to safeguard the company's data and systems against potential threats and breaches.
• Work with cross-vertical stakeholders including business, technology, operation, finance, and marketing executives.

• Can-do attitude, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
• At least 10 years of hands-on and managerial experience in information systems
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, DevOps, on-prem data center management, cloud, IT regulation, compliance requirements, and budget management.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem
• Knowledge of Linux systems
• Experience in On-prem & multi-cloud SAAS production management.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
