Social Media Manager

Scope of the Role

TorahNet is seeking a contractor to manage and enhance its content and social media presence, working 4-8 hours weekly. Responsibilities include:

• Creating engaging posts aligned with TorahNet’s mission.
• Analyzing content performance with the data analyst and optimizing strategies.
• Writing short articles for relevant blogs and news outlets.
• Managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn; TikTok is a plus).
• Responding to comments and DMs to foster community engagement.
• Improving social media pages and producing visually appealing content.
• (Plus) Appearing in videos to enhance relatability.
• Staying updated on social media trends and contributing fresh ideas.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in content creation and social media management.
• Experience managing business accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (TikTok is a plus).
• Proficiency in video editing, graphic design, and content creation tools.
• Strong writing skills and creativity; comfort presenting in videos is a huge plus.
• Jewish background with an understanding of Jewish culture and values.
• Honest, reliable, and a team player eager to learn and deliver.

Additional Information

• Candidates must have a registered business or provide invoices for tax purposes.
• Payment is hourly and based on experience and quality of work.
