Head of Accounting Department

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Head of Accounting Department to join a leading financial services company.

This is a challenging and influential role that includes:

Team Management: Leading a team of approximately 10 accountants, including recruitment, mentoring, and fostering their professional and personal development.

Financial Controls: Managing financial controls and implementing and optimizing processes within the department and across other organizational units.

Client Engagement: Building strong relationships with existing clients, developing business connections, and acquiring new clients.

Technological Environment: Utilizing advanced software such as Priority, NetSuite, and other SaaS-based financial systems.

Cross-Organizational Collaboration: Working with other departments to enhance processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

Certified Bookkeeper (Level 3 and above).

Proven experience in leading an accounting team, preferably in the high-tech sector.

Hands-on experience with Priority and NetSuite software – mandatory.

High-level English (spoken, written, and reading) – mandatory.

Experience with additional SaaS tools like Mesh, Dokka, or similar financial solutions – a significant advantage.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with diverse clients.
