We are seeking an analytical and proactive Product Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our R&D team, you'll leverage complex construction site data to drive product decisions and enhance user experiences. You'll play a crucial role in understanding how our customers interact with our features and products, creating actionable insights that drive product development.

Responsibilities:

• Drive our Data First product strategy by transforming complex construction site data (including imagery, GPS locations, and equipment metrics) into actionable insights
• Partner with Product Management to identify opportunities for product enhancement and feature development
• Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior patterns and product usage metrics to optimize user experience
• Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards that provide real-time insights across the organization
• Develop data-driven recommendations for product roadmap prioritization and growth initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-informed product improvements

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in product analytics, preferably in SaaS or technology companies
• Expert-level SQL skills with expertise in large-scale data analysis
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker)
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication skills with experience presenting technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Proven experience with user analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) - advantage
• Python programming experience - advantage
• Experience working with geospatial data - advantage
