About the job
We are looking for a Marketing Analyst who is brilliant, organized, and passionate to join Candivore and the Match Masters team. You will play a key role in ensuring integrity and completeness of our data to provide for the ability to analyze marketing data and make strategic and data-informed decisions. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the team to create innovative, data-based approaches to solving difficult business and product problems. The Marketing Analyst will play a critical role in transforming our marketing department by embedding an analytical approach across all teams. This individual will lead efforts to optimize workflows within user acquisition, influencer marketing, creative, and brand teams through data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across various domains such as Product, Operations, and mostly Marketing to address unique challenges and opportunities in marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze marketing data from various channels to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Campaign Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports to communicate key metrics and performance indicators to stakeholders.
- Automation of Marketing Analytics Processes: Implement automated solutions for data collection, analysis, and reporting to streamline marketing analytics workflows. This ensures timely and actionable insights are available to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements
- BS degree - Industrial Engineering, Economics or equivalent
- High level SQL capabilities
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Being able to work independently as well as being a team player
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and other data visualization tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of advertising or marketing industry
- Coding experience with Python or similar
- Experience with mobile gaming user acquisition and retention strategies.
- Knowledge of mobile app analytics platforms such as Appsflyer, App Annie, or similar.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising and ad tech platforms.
