Coordinator of Quality Department

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Supplier Management

• Supplier evaluation based on established criteria.
• Handling complaints with suppliers both locally and internationally.
• Monitoring and controlling quality actions in the process of opening new suppliers.

• Incoming Inspection

• Preparing data for incoming inspection in the ERP system.
• Managing quality documents from suppliers.

• Preparing quality documents for customers.

• Preparing process audit reports.

• Managing raw material certificates from suppliers for customer orders.

Required Education and Knowledge Areas:  

• Engineer / Technician – Advantageous.  

Required Skills and Abilities:  

• High level of English – reading, writing, speaking  

• Proficiency in Office software  

• Technical background  

• Good interpersonal skills

Professional Experience: Previous experience – Advantageous.
