About You: 

We are seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our growing marketing team. You will play a significant role in optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve fast growth by planning and executing large-scale campaigns in Search, Social Media, and more platforms.

This is a unique opportunity to gain vast experience in B2C advertising in the US market, across various platforms, with a monthly budget of over $1M in many verticals.

You should be super analytical, creative, and out of box thinker about targeting, engagement, and user experience.

As the User Acquisition Manager you will:

• Plan, execute, and optimize large-scale performance-based campaigns - mainly on search and social media.
• Collaborate with the acquisition, content, design, and tech functions to achieve goals.
• Identify trends and opportunities
• Take part in creative brainstorming and strategic planning.
• Track KPIs and provide reports and performance analysis.

What does it take?

• At least 3 years of experience in campaign management
• Experience in working for an agency - advantage
• Fluent English (Native - big advantage)
• Highly analytical and technical
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and not afraid to “get your hands dirty” in executing new initiatives and optimizations.
