We are looking for a talented Learning and OD Partner to join our Learning & Development team, reporting to the Global OD & Learning Director. The Learning and OD Partner acts as a proactive, trusted advisor to the business, responsible for rolling out learning and OD programs from planning to execution, aligned with business needs and challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Identify learning needs and advise on the most suitable learning methods.
• Engage, collaborate, and build relationships with relevant stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
• Lead end-to-end learning and OD programs.
• Develop and design learning solutions, including content curation, eLearning modules, presentations, and more.
• Execute learning and OD processes to ensure seamless delivery.
• Evaluate and continuously improve learning effectiveness.
  
  

• At least two years of experience in the L&D domain within tech companies.
• Proven track record of successful performance in customer-facing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex, cross-functional projects effectively.
• Experience in instructional design is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in working with LMS/LXP.
