Role Description

As a Fullstack Team Lead at Media Fuse, you’ll serve as a link between upper management and the development team, you'll be responsible for guiding a team of developers, overseeing project management, and cultivating a collaborative, productive work environment. Your role will involve balancing technical direction with effective team management to ensure high performance and quality in every project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor and manager a team of 4-5 developers, providing guidance, support, and regular feedback. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet business objectives.
• Performance Management: Set clear goals for the team, conduct performance evaluations, and support professional development.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to align on goals, priorities, and deliverables.
• Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to the development team as needed, ensuring they follow best practices and maintain high coding standards.
• Resource Allocation: Manage team resources effectively to optimize productivity and project outcomes.

Requirements

• Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading a development team with strong mentoring, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Technical Expertise: 4+ years in full-stack development with experience in PHP (specifically Laravel), React.js, Node.js, and Prisma, along with strong knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). Proficiency with GIT is also required.
• Project Management: Experience using Agile methodologies (Scrum, sprints) to manage software development projects.
• Hands-On Coding: Willingness and ability to actively contribute to coding efforts and conduct thorough code reviews when necessary.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with other teams.
• Mindset: Proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement and team success.
