Help Desk Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist for a Healthcare Organization !!

A leading healthcare organization in the Sharon region is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for an engaging and challenging position. The role involves providing technical support to the medical staff, troubleshooting computer issues, managing communication networks, handling AD (Active Directory), routers, and additional communication equipment. The position includes the possibility of travel with a company vehicle provided when required to reach other company sites.

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to the medical staff across various company sites, mainly remotely.
• Troubleshooting computer and network issues.
• Managing and maintaining Active Directory.
• Handling routers and communication equipment.
• Solving problems related to the Chameleon system and Citrix (advantage for experienced candidates).
• The position includes a company vehicle for site-to-site travel as needed.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in technical support – mandatory.
• Experience working in the healthcare sector – a significant advantage.
• Experience with the Chameleon system – a significant advantage.

• Education in technology/computers or relevant certifications/courses – mandatory.
• Valid driver's license – mandatory.
• High level of service orientation and patience – mandatory.
