Social Media Manager

We are currently looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to join our amazing Marketing team in Karma’s office in Tel-Aviv.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Curation: Develop engaging, brand-aligned social media content (design, copy, video) for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on social media performance, identify trends, and provide insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Community Management: Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and follow-up inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Build and nurture an online community around the brand.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with content creators and other team members to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and ecommerce best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management - Advantage.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to different platforms and audiences.
• Very high level of English, written and verbal - Must.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work effectively with numbers and data in Excel - Must.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field – Advantage.
