What You'll Do:

• Provide top-tier technical support for Apple ecosystems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues
• Manage and optimize desktop environments
• Collaborate with our help desk to ensure client satisfaction
• Learn about and contribute to IT solution implementations

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Apple enthusiast with extensive personal or professional experience with Apple products
• Minimum 1 year of Help Desk Support experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (e.g., Jamf, JumpCloud, Intune, Kandji)
• Knowledge of Network Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or Identity Management
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar platforms
