Experienced Technical Support Engineer

Unitronics, a global company specializes in developing industrial automation control products and motion control solutions, is looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support for Unitronics products globally
• Identifying faults and exploring technical solutions to resolve it
• Conducting technical training and presentations for the company's customers
• Assisting with pre-sales and post-sales technical activities
• Participating in global exhibitions

Requirements:

• Engineering education in the fields of control/ machinery / electrical/ electronic / mechatronics / software, or any equivalent field
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial automation field
• Experience in the development of industrial automation systems, programming controllers and HMI systems - a significant advantage
• Familiarity with industrial protocols or motion systems – advantage
• Proficiency in conducting technical presentations - must
• Fluent English – Verbal and writing
• Willingness to flight abroad, a few times a year
