Vice President Finance

Viola Credit is a leading global credit fund based in Israel with over $2.5B of assets under management seeking a skilled and experienced VP Finance to join our dynamic team at Viola Credit, a fast growing, leading private debt fund.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing our financial operations.
• Reporting and modeling of financial aspects.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Driving efficiency in our financial processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance, preferably in private debt, private equity, or investment funds.
• Experience in a managerial or leadership role. 
• Analytical and problem-solving - Ability to create financial models, reports, and analyses.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Expertise in Financial Reporting - Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and relevant financial regulations and tax regulations applicable to investment funds (advantage).
• Proficiency in Excel and tech oriented.
• Understanding of Debt Instruments - Knowledge of various types of debt instruments and their operational and accounting implications (advantage).
• Leadership and Management - Strong leadership skills to motivate, monitor, and develop finance team members.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with other departments and fund members.
• High ethical standards and integrity in financial operations and reporting.
• Ability to meet schedules and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.
• Positive, highly driven, and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to efficiency and problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present financial information clearly to stakeholders, including the CFO and partners. (English and Hebrew ) 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Accounting (required).
• CPA (required).
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance (advantage).
