Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Chayon Technologies in Rosh HaAyin. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering relationships, understanding client needs, and coordinating solutions delivery. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of business opportunities.

• Client Relationship Management, Account Management, and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in the technology industry or related field
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Sales or Business Development experience is a plus
