We are looking for a talented Supplier Relations Manager to become a key player in our global online performance marketing agency, focusing on enhancing customer acquisition within the Fintech sector. Your role will involve steering a diverse team, cultivating relationships with media suppliers, overseeing financial management, facilitating ad account configurations, and delivering thorough monitoring and report analyses.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Team Guidance:** Lead and support a team dedicated to managing supplier relationships, tracking efficiency metrics, and providing direct updates to the Chief Revenue Officer.

- **Relationship Management:** Build and bolster connections with media suppliers, collect insights for service improvement, and collaborate with other departments to align with organizational objectives.

- **Ad Account Coordination:** Work with media supplier tools for campaign managers, troubleshoot technical issues, implement tracking systems, and enhance campaign outcomes.

- **Analytics and Reporting:** Produce and evaluate reports regarding ad account performance, providing strategic insights and suggestions.

- **Fiscal Management:** Maintain financial operations, supervise supplier remuneration, and uphold internal controls to guarantee financial reliability.

**Requirements:** Extensive technical expertise with advertising platforms such as Facebook and Google; proven leadership abilities with experience in team management; excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities; high standards of integrity and responsibility; proactive mindset with exceptional organizational and communication skills in both English and Hebrew; and an eye for detail.
