Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy and Management:
- Develop and execute a robust social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive
engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
- Manage the day-to-day operations of social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and increase audience engagement.
Building and Nurturing Communities:
- Lead the development of an online community strategy to create a loyal and engaged customer base.
- Engage with customers, partners, and industry influencers to foster relationships, encourage advocacy, and promote brand loyalty.
- Organize and manage community programs, webinars, and discussions that provide value to our user base.
Event Planning and Execution:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute both virtual and physical events, such as webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event alignment with business goals, from lead generation to product promotion.
- Manage partnerships and sponsorships to enhance visibility and drive traffic to events.
Product Marketing:
- Collaborate with the product team to understand new features and releases, creating compelling messaging and positioning for product marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage product marketing materials, including whitepapers, case studies, and blog content.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and refine product marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a marketing role within a global SaaS company.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Proven success in building and executing social media and community-building strategies.
- Strong understanding of event planning, including virtual and in-person formats.
- Experience working closely with product teams and translating technical features into customer-focused messaging.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
- Experience working in fast-paced, start-up environments.
