Job Description

For a defense company located in Haifa area, we're looking for a Help Desk Specialist.

The position is 100% on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Phone support at the service center and support for computing issues of employees.

Handling end-user troubleshooting and application support.

Requirements

Experience in a technical support center of at least one year - mandatory !

Knowledge of Windows operating systems.

Application support in the organization.

Familiarity with Linux - advantage.

Tier 2 experience - a significant advantage.
