Billing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with our sales team.

• Maintain daily communication with the company's enterprise clients.

• Oversee and process payments, including managing refunds, chargebacks, and disputes.

• Partner with the finance team on new deals, contracts, and related tax issues.

• Prepare financial and administrative reports as required.

• Handle daily enterprise billing and collection activities.

• Review payment entries for accuracy and ensure correct account balances.

• Analyze billing data to identify and prevent erroneous invoices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as Billing Specialist, Collection Specialist, Accounts Receivable Specialist, Finance Operations, or similar positions.

• Comprehensive knowledge of billing platforms, payment processing, and financial management tools.

• Experience with NetSuite - an advantage.

• Proficiency in Excel.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience in high-tech or start-up environments is a plus.
