What You Will Do:

• Spearheaded research initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Language Models, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance the functionality, performance, and relevance of AI Search technology in enterprise contexts.
• Collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to develop, refine, and deploy models that support unified data access and retrieval-augmented generation solutions, ensuring seamless interaction between search and language models.
• Optimized techniques to improve the efficiency and accuracy of AI Search technology, focusing on enhancing retrieval and generation capabilities in high-demand environments.
• Developed and implemented fine-tuning strategies for RAG systems, tailoring models for specific enterprise use cases, data sources, and industry needs.
• Continuously analyzed and refined fine-tuning processes to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and adaptability of the RAG models across diverse datasets.
• Conducted data analysis to uncover patterns and insights that drive model enhancement and guide strategic refinements for improved search relevance and user satisfaction.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of RAG-based AI Search technology into existing enterprise systems, maximizing operational efficiency and data accessibility.
  
  

• Master's degree (MSc) in scientific methodologies, data methodologies, statistics, or a relevant field.
• 2-4 years experience as a Data Science specializing NLP
• Experience with RAG Base technologies is MUST.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and AI technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
• Enthusiasm for learning and applying new technologies in real-world applications.
