Job Summary:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at develeap, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients for our DevOps consulting services. Your primary responsibility will be conducting outbound sales, engaging with prospects, and creating opportunities for our team of experienced DevOps professionals to showcase our value proposition.
The position is part-time, ideal for students.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities to fuel revenue.
- Drive new business via outbound prospecting and cold calling into must-win strategic accounts.
- Discover new leads through internet research and social media monitoring/commenting.
- Track and log all sales activity in our CRM (HubSpot) and other tools
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas and KPI's
Requirements:
- Candidates currently enrolled in degree programs such as Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related disciplines…
- Familiarity with sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), or basic DevOps concepts - Advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to research and identify potential clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders within target organizations.
- Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
