About This Opportunity

Help manage and execute the internal communications programs for Align Israel site:

• Manage Align Connect Israel (intranet channel) by: creating posts (English/Hebrew), managing the CMS platform (admin: scheduling, posting); sending regular newsletter with top performing posts.
• Support Israel HR Portal- photos, articles, reviewing and writing. Liaising with HR partners on the review and approvals.
• Support HR with organizing internal employee events and announcements (employer branding); monitor brand consistency.
• Support the organization by organizing in-person or virtual Israel All Hands- twice a year.
• Draft, edit, approve and distribute Israel emails from facilities/ production/ HR
• Support ad-hoc requests (internal programs: CX Week, Compliance Week, Voyage, hackathons, Philanthropy and CSR events, issue management and social media monitoring)
• Review employees speakers requests, and work with Global Comms for approval
• Work with Askbranding team on producing relevant visuals, videos and different design requests from local teams.
• Support R&D, Operations and Marketing comms: Work closely with iTero leadership to help them build consistent internal messaging and campaigns
• Review and approve dental clinic social media posts
  
  

Support Employer Branding Efforts

• Manage Align Facebook Israel
• Build Social media calendar
• Best places to work comms plan internal and external
  
  

Support Global ITero Communications, Where Needed

• Support and review customer communications- updates and news
• Issue and severity management
• Press Releases
• Special events script writing and video producing: CX week, Hackathon, Compliance week and holiday greetings
• Executive scripts and speeches
• Special projects comms: Speed of Execution and Quality Improvement
• iTero regional all hands: review slides
  
  

In this role, you’ll need …

• Native speaker of Hebrew, fluent in English
• At least 5 years of documented experience in: journalism, communications, corporate communications
• Experience in working for a global, matrix organization
• Experience in working in medical device/tech industry
• Strong writing skills
• Experience in working with senior leaders, supporting the organizations with corporate communications.
