What will you do?

Characterization & implementation of business needs in the Salesforce adjusted to existing process

Monitor everyday usage of the salesforce

Train and mentor the different users

Create reports and dashboard based on management and users needs

What should you have?

1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce administrator/super-user

Knowledge and understanding of organizational processes, with an emphasis on sales and service processes.

Ability to understand complex business process

High-level English
