Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager for a leading financial organization. The role involves developing a comprehensive marketing strategy, creating and executing marketing plans, and requires strong analytical skills, trend identification, and the ability to draw conclusions from customer data and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels.

Lead strategic initiatives and develop marketing strategies that align with market needs and target audiences.

Initiate new products and services based on market trends and consumer demands.

Collect insights from market research data and analyze them to form actionable marketing insights.

Create partnerships with companies and brands, manage negotiations, and ensure the execution of agreements.

Identify new opportunities, trends, and consumer needs both locally and globally.

Track, analyze, and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Economics, or a related field (master's degree is an advantage).

At least 4 years of experience in marketing management, with a focus on data analysis and research (experience in the financial sector is a plus).

Proven ability to independently manage projects from start to finish.

Excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks.

High initiative and execution capabilities, with the ability to motivate and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Strong presentation skills.
