We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our Tier-4 software team. If you're passionate about diving into complex coding challenges, investigating root causes, and solving critical issues for customers, this role is for you!

About the role:

As a Tier-4 Software Developer, you will be responsible for resolving intricate customer support tickets requiring your coding expertise across various technologies (SQL, C#, JavaScript). You'll collaborate with multiple teams, analyze product logs, fix bugs, and design innovative end-to-end solutions based on customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and investigate bugs escalated by customer support, debugging at the code level.
• Collaborate with various teams including Backend, Web, and Product Management to resolve issues.
• Design, build, and maintain software solutions as part of complex technological systems.
• Provide rapid solutions for critical issues and participate in new feature development.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, build activities, and performance-related tasks.
• Share knowledge by assembling technical documentation and troubleshooting procedures.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# (.NET, .NET Core), multi-threading, and Object-Oriented design.
• Expertise in SQL Server (complex stored procedures, functions, dynamic SQL).
• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
• Great team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Advantages:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Experience in Agile Scrum development.
• Familiarity with tools like Git, Jira, and Visual Studio.
