Engineering Manager

A company in the field of electro-optics needs an engineering manager-

Management of an engineering department dealing with engineering support for the production and development of new product derivatives.

Full responsibility for transfer processes from development to production from the planning and development phase to serial production

Leading improvement processes, streamlining, automation, instrumentation in the production lines.

Responsible for product trees, production files, configuration management, change orders (ECO), documentation and literature.

Leading knowledge transfer projects and supporting the establishment of lines abroad

Close work in interfaces with the managers of the production, purchasing, quality and development departments

Work with subcontractors.

Requirements:

Management ability and strategic vision, with high organizational ability, service consciousness, good human relations, interface work with all departments of the factory, assertiveness.

Degree in electronics/mechanics/electro-optics engineering

Experience in managing an engineering team of at least three years

Experience in transferring from development to production and preparing production files

Control of configuration control, change instructions (ECO) and product trees

Knowledge of the worlds of mechanics and electronics

Mastery of SOLIDWORKS software is an advantage

Experience working with an ERP system

English at a good level

Willingness to travel abroad
