Hr Manager

Media Crush is looking to recruit an HR manager,

How will your day look?

You will actualize all aspects of an employee's time in the organization, from recruitment to onboarding and offboarding.

Recruitment to all departments of the company, advertisement of positions, filtering resumes, interviews in English over the phone and in person, contact with placement companies and course preparation.

Full management of the office, including ordering office supplies and food, communication with vendors and reviewing employee hours. 

Employee processing includes: contract signing, intake forms, transfer of documents to accounting, dealing with employee complaints and problem solving.

Organizing and managing social activities such as birthdays, holidays, events, HAPPY HOUR, etc.

Individual project promotion and initiatives for ideas to promote centralization of payment data and transference to the payroll department.

Direct communication with accounting and legal departments.

So what do we require?

* Bachelor degree in a relevant field - HR/behavioral sciences

* 2 years experience as an HR recruiter/administrator - priority for experience with recruitment to sales call centers.

* Knowledge of labor laws and wages - a substantial advantage

* Initiative, big picture thinking and a will to promote and contribute to the organization

* Enthusiasm, hard working, assertive, independent, creative and great people skills - MUST

* Experience and knowledge in office programs - excel at a high level

* English as a native language or at a similar level - MUST

* Immediate starting time - MUST
