Methodic is looking for one of it's clients, a leading international high-tech firm an L&D Specialist.

the L@D will develops and executes learning strategies, designs and delivers training programs, assesses development needs, and tracks learning effectiveness. You will collaborate with employees and managers to support career development while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs for various business units
• Create and execute learning strategies and programs
• Define training solutions in collaboration with external vendors
• Manage the work plan with the business unit, including schedules, quality, and budget
• Oversee the development process with vendors, ensuring timely, quality, and budget-compliant deliverables
• Implement and execute various state of the art learning methods
• Communicate and manage projects with international stakeholders
• Find off-the-shelf solutions using existing courses from vendors
• Adapt existing solutions to changing realities through vendors and internal sources
• Quickly understand needs and deliver high-quality, swift training solutions

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an L&D Specialist, Training Manager, or similar role in high-tech industry - Mandatory
• Up to date familiarity with learnig development methods , tools and platforms
• Experience in project management, proven“hands-on” experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
• Team player, highly responsive and customer orientated.
• Highly organized, detailed, focused and able to prioritize and drive efficiencies.
• Creative and original thinker.
• Ability to work under significant pressure with challenging deadlines and with ability to multi-task
• Fluent in both Hebrew and English
• BSc/BA in Business, Psychology, or a related field •
• Availbility for full time role, temportary for ~9 months
