Finance Manager

VeracityAds, a start-up ad network based in Ein Karem (Jerusalem), is looking for a full-time Finance Manager to take ownership of the business's financial aspects, various administrative tasks, and support the company's senior-level management. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, organized, and able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position requires excellent English communication skills, the ability to adapt quickly, and a high work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Issue and track client invoices.
• Review and pay suppliers' invoices.
• Manage communication with the company's external accountant and bookkeeper.
• Support and track budget requirements.
• Process monthly payroll.
• Regular review and follow-up of accounts receivable and accounts payable 
• Support senior managers with daily administrative tasks

Requirement:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position
• Ability to work 9-18 from our offices in Jerusalem
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Good Hebrew verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow procedures precisely
• Working experience with Google Sheets or Excel

Preferred Experience:

• Working experience as a controller
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Proficient with Google Sheets or Excel
• Advantage: Israeli bookkeeper type 2 or 3
