Product Manager (Russian speaking)

Job Description

Elison Group in Ramat Gan is hiring a permanent, Russian-speaking Product Manager. In this role, you will lead the launch and promotion of a new kosher wine brand in the Israeli market. Responsibilities include advertising, developing a marketing strategy, client acquisition, price and contract negotiations, and coordination with outsourced service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market and competitor analysis to define target audiences.

2. Develop and manage a marketing plan and budget for brand introduction.

3. Create website specifications and plans for social media, SEM, SEO, and SMM.

4. Prepare for and participate in specialized exhibitions, festivals, and local or international events.

5. Organize cross-marketing initiatives with partners.

6. Develop and manage POS materials.

7. Create customer incentive programs.

8. Drive client acquisition and increase sales volumes.

9. Maintain relationships with current clients.

10. Manage service provider partnerships:

• Work with suppliers,

• Identify cost-effective offers,

• Scout for new suppliers.

11. Oversee goods delivery, inventory accounting, and document flow.

12. Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of product management experience in the food/FMCG industry.

• Strong analytical skills, market knowledge, and adept at quick data gathering and analysis.

• Fluency in Russian and English, both spoken and written, is required.

• Hebrew proficiency is a significant advantage.

• Experience with design software is an advantage.

• Strong negotiation, networking, and business development skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
