We are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales and Investor Relations Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. This role is focused on actively engaging with potential real estate investors, building relationships, and driving sales through direct outreach. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to navigate the full sales cycle — from initial contact through negotiation to deal closure. A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a high-energy environment are key to success in this role.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Prospecting: Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential investors who are interested in purchasing properties.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage investor leads effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation of sales activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless integration of sales strategies and processes.
- Sales : Engage directly with investors to guide them through the sales process, from initial interest to property purchase. providing tailored recommendations, and ultimately closing deals that align with their needs and objectives.
- Investor Engagement:Serve as the initial point of contact for the company, emphasizing the importance of creating a strong first impression to build high levels of trust and motivation among investors to work with us.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential investors, gathering relevant information to determine their interest and readiness to buy.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILL SET
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to handle rejection and objections.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - A must.
- Strong perseverance, resilience, and the ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and handle challenges effectively.
Location: The job is based in our Tel Aviv offices with working hours aligned to U.S. time zones.
