What will your job look like?

• End-to-end management of classified projects.
• Identifying and analyzing customer needs and translating them into optimal solutions.
• Planning and managing schedules and budgets.
• Working across multiple interfaces with engineering, development, and project teams.
• Requirements analysis and management based on customer needs.
• Defining work plans and writing specification documents.
• Presenting work plans and system capabilities to senior executives in the defense industry.
• Leading technical reviews and trials.

All you need is:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering\Computer Science\Information Systems.
• Minimum 4 - years experience in managing technological projects, preferably in defense/military domains.
• Ability to lead and integrate multi-disciplinary projects.
• Theoretical understanding of software development and experience working with development teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Self-starter with high motivation, innovative thinking, team player mentality, and customer focus.
• Proven ability to lead processes and matrix management.
• Experience with AGILE methodology - significant advantage.
• Experience in Image Processing/Computer Vision/Precise Navigation/Machine Learning - significant advantage.
