Procees development Team Leader

Resonetics, a global leader in advanced engineering, prototyping, product development, and micro manufacturing is looking for a Development Team Lead:

Responsibilities

• Daily management of the Development team
• Management of customer order projects, including providing quote
• Adhering to schedules defined according to the group’s objectives
• Developing and improving production processes according to customer requirements
• Transition from development to production according to the prep methodology
• Providing technical solutions and working with engineers and technicians while meeting tight deadlines
• Collaborating with all company departments, including Production, Sales, Operations, and Quality Assurance
• Communication with clients and subcontractors (both domestic and international)

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience as Development TL in the medical device industry
• Understanding of development processes and NPI
• Experience working with costumers
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and SolidWorks
• Familiarity with Electrochemical processes and surface treatment processes
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex design issues
• Familiarity with design for manufacturability is preferred
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a highly regulated
• environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
