About the Role
DriveNets is looking for an AI Sales Operations Manager to build and own the engine behind our go-to-market motion within the AI Business Unit. This is a one-person show -- a single owner who leads the entire sales operations domain end to end and reports to the COO, working in close partnership with the Sales and Partnerships teams.
You will run the full sales operations stack -- tools, process, deal desk, quoting, and analytics -- and act as the connective tissue between Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
We are looking for an AI-native operator who will not only own the current sales tool stack but redefine how sales operations is run in the AI era -- designing smarter workflows and building AI-native applications for our sales team as needed.
This is a role for a versatile operator who moves fluidly between hands-on execution and strategic thinking, combining strong business judgment with a structured, organized way of working to make the whole revenue organization run sharper and faster.
What You'll Own
- Deal desk quarterback. Run the end-to-end deal desk and gross-margin process; build customer-facing quotes; own the quoting tool and the price list.
- Back office & order management. Insert and manage orders across NetSuite, Salesforce, and Deal Hub; act as RFP quarterback, coordinating inputs across teams to hit deadlines.
- Tools & systems. Own and optimize the AI-first sales tool stack -- Salesforce, Gong, configuration/quoting tools, and self-built applications you create for the sales team as needs arise.
- Process & systems definition. Define and maintain sales process in the tools: pipeline stages, forecasting logic in Salesforce, and Deal Hub adaptation. Connect the seams between Marketing/Sales and Ops/Sales.
- Analysis & insights. Build forecasts, prepare QBRs, and turn data into clear, well-designed analysis and insights that leadership can act on.
Requirements:
What You'll Bring
- Sales ops experience. 4+ years in sales operations or revenue operations in high-tech enterprise B2B sales.
- Experience in fast-growing and dynamic companies.
- Exceptional accuracy. Precision with data is a core strength, not an aspiration. You catch the error before anyone else sees it.
- Process orientation. You think in systems and repeatable processes, and you bring order to ambiguity.
- Visibility expert. You build clean, compelling representations of data -- dashboards, models, and decks that make complex information obvious.
- AI-native builder. Comfortable building lightweight applications and automations for the sales team; fluent with modern AI tools.
- Strong with people & business. Excellent interpersonal skills, a genuine understanding of the business, and confidence presenting analysis and insights to senior stakeholders.
- Multi-skilled operator. Able to move between tactical execution and strategic work, and to juggle several workstreams without dropping accuracy.
- Highly organized. Self-directed, dependable, and able to own outcomes end to end with minimal hand-holding.
