Procurement Manager

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a leading financial organization in the center of the country. The role includes managing procurement processes, negotiating agreements and contracts, as well as driving efficiency and cost-saving initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the entire IT procurement process, including procurement of information systems and technological infrastructure.

Manage negotiations with suppliers to achieve the best terms for the organization.

Drive efficiency and cost-saving processes to optimize operational effectiveness.

Lead and develop a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and career development.

Work closely with IT departments to understand technological and business needs.

Oversee strategic procurement projects and large contracts.

Analyze and improve internal processes to maximize efficiency and improve internal satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement management in large organizations (preferably in IT).

Proven experience in negotiating contracts with suppliers and managing procurement projects.

Strong technical understanding and the ability to manage large-scale projects.

Experience leading teams and providing professional development.

Strong English proficiency – Advantageous.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
