YOUR MISSION

Join our team as the Test and Automation Manager, Testing, and Delivery at LeddarTech, a leading high-tech software development company in the Autonomous Vehicle industry! Lead and manage our testing, verification, and delivery activities to ensure product quality and performance. YOUR MISSION

Main Job Tasks, Duties, And Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, organize, control, and evaluate the activities and operation of the group
• Responsible for testing and test automation of the product and working with QA functions to ensure product quality.
• Responsible verification of the algorithm's performance and perception quality
• Responsible for managing the car fleet, resources, and HW requirements
• Responsible for installing and supporting the product for internal and external customers.
• Develop and implement strategies for testing and validation of perception product
• Ensure collaboration with other groups in R&D and with project management
• Manage personnel daily and career path
• Member of the R&D management team
  
  

The ideal person for this job will have

• B.Sc./B.A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of system aspects, including HW/SW integration and sensor physics
• 10+ years in system testing or system engineering
• Experience with Jira
• Coding capabilities (Python, C++ or Java)
• CI/CD experience (Jenkins)
• Self-motivated and savvy problem solver with a passion for technology
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to learn and work independently
• Excellent leadership skills, capable to motivate and drive his team
• Experience working and supporting international customers and partners
• Managed teams of more than 10 engineers and managed managers
• Experience in a start-up is an advantage
• Experience working with automotive standards 26262, Cybersecurity and ASPICE
