**Job Description:** 

We're seeking a motivated and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for making cold calls, qualifying leads, and helping drive our sales pipeline. If you're passionate about sales, love engaging with prospects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

**Responsibilities:** 

- Conduct outbound cold calls to qualify potential leads 

- Engage prospects, communicate our value proposition, and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team 

- Maintain accurate CRM records 

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies 

- Meet or exceed lead generation targets 

**Requirements:** 

- 1+ years of experience in sales development or cold calling (preferably in a start-up) 

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport 

- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus 

- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
