Director Research Development Engineering

A high-tech company providing a comprehensive suite of cloud-based management solutions to businesses and organizations, along with technological innovation and advanced applications to help clients optimize their operations.

They are looking for someone to play a significant role in the company as it approaches a growth phase, leading the development teams' growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 15 software developers, providing leadership and mentorship to help them achieve their goals and reach their potential.
• Lead the development of new products and features, from ideation to launch.
• Ensure that they meet high standards for security, quality, usability, and performance.
• Be accountable for the SDLC process – from ideation to delivery.
• Develop and manage R&D budgets and resource allocation.
• Migrate our customers' environments to the cloud.
• Expand our reach into new geographies.
• Integrate emerging technologies into our products and strategy.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure that products meet customer needs and are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on research and development, 5+ years leading development teams
• Technologies: .Net ,C#, MS-SQL, React, AWS ,Mongo DB
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching innovative products and features.
• Proven knowledge of software development methodologies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A high level of spoken English is a must.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
