FPGA Design Engineer

A high-tech company developing the next generation of digital signal processors and 5G modem infrastructure is looking for an FPGA Design Engineer.

The company is based in Herzliya, with a hybrid model allowing two work-from-home days. It has approximately 500 employees, with around 300 based in Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement FPGA designs using Verilog.
• Perform synthesis, place and route, and timing analysis.
• Participate in the full design flow from architecture definition to coding and verification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design methodologies and processes.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a leading institute.
• 2-3 experience years as an FPGA Design Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Verilog and FPGA design tools.
• Experience with emulation, modeling, multi-core systems, and board infrastructure build.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
