Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business performance through data analysis, investor relations support, and strategic project management. You will work closely with senior leadership to provide insights that shape key decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Performance Analytics:
• Analyze sales data, develop reports, and maintain performance dashboards that inform business decisions.
• Investor Relations:
• Prepare investor presentations, coordinate communications, and conduct market research to support discussions with investors.
• Reporting & Strategy:
• Compile monthly executive reports, track progress against strategic goals, and ensure follow-up actions from executive meetings are executed.
• Project Management Support:
• Assist with key projects and presentations, ensuring all milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. (MBA is a plus)
• 2+ years of experience in a business analytics role.
• Experience working with executives is a plus, but not required.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
