Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate with suppliers and reach optimal agreements for the organization.

Management Skills: Ability to lead and manage a procurement team to meet goals.

Technological Knowledge (NETSUITE): Familiarity with procurement and logistics management systems.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with suppliers, internal clients, and other stakeholders within the organization.

Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in procurement, especially in the medical equipment sector.

Areas of Responsibility

Procurement Process Management: Overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, including needs identification, order management, and inventory recording.

Supplier Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, conducting supplier evaluations, and managing supplier contracts both domestically and internationally.

Cost Optimization: Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in procurement.

Control and Reporting: Managing control and reporting systems, and producing managerial reports and financial analyses.
