We're hiring Sales Director for McCann Tech.

Position Overview:

We seek a Sales Director with a strong sales background, excellent networking skills, and a deep understanding of the U.S. advertising landscape. Experience in AdTech and MarTech is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Engage high-tech clients and build a strong pipeline.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets and create tailored pitches.
• Relationship Building: Build strong connections with decision-makers and deliver impactful presentations.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5-7 years in sales, preferably in advertising or high-tech, with a track record of meeting targets.
• Skills: Excellent networking and communication skills, fluent in English.
• Cold Reachout: Proven experience in cold outreach to potential clients, with a solid approach to generating interest and qualifying leads.
• Inbound Lead Qualification: Ability to effectively qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Sales Enablement Materials: Experience in creating and using sales enablement materials to support the sales process and drive client engagement.
• Event Sales: Proven success in driving sales and building relationships at industry events and conferences.
• Market Knowledge: Experience selling to the Israeli market is a must. Understanding of local market dynamics and customer behavior.
• GTM Strategy: Experience in creating and executing go-to-market strategies that drive sales growth and market penetration.
• Product and Service Sales: Strong experience in selling both products and services, with the ability to adapt your sales approach to different offerings.
