Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Lead Software Engineer at BrightRocket Ventures. The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for the development of software systems, managing the back-end web development, and ensuring successful software implementation. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Computer Science, Software Development, and Programming skills
• Expertise in Back-End Web Development
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Experience in leading and managing development projects
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field(Plus)
• Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus
