HRBP - South

A leading financial organization is seeking an experienced HRBP for the southern region. This role involves providing strategic HR partnership, advising senior managers, and leading human resource processes with a focus on call centers and high-volume work environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic partner to senior managers, offering guidance on workforce management and team development

Lead HR processes in large call centers, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and retention

Manage cross-organizational initiatives, such as organizational culture, periodic feedback processes, and employee satisfaction improvement

Strengthen relationships with diverse teams, providing tailored support to senior employees and addressing unique needs of each center

Requirements:

Significant experience as a senior HR coordinator, with a preference for experience in call center environments

Proven experience working with senior managers and leading strategic HR initiatives

Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build trust and bridge business and human needs

Willingness to work in the southern region
