Account Manager

Adipolo, a leading tech provider of high-frequency Ad Tech companies, is looking for a talented, globally-oriented customer success manager who will be responsible for making things tick across our business unit in Israel.

Your main responsibility on day-to-day operations will be to manage our customers and monetization activity all over the world and give them the best value possible. 

During your work at Adipolo, you will use many advanced technological tools that you will be required to learn, and the flourishing ad-tech market, which you will get to know with the help of Adipolo's professional team.

Responsibilities include:

Highly motivated to learn the field of Ad-tech, additional fields to specialize in, patience, good human relations, and willingness to learn new fields

Onboarding new clients on a daily basis and controlling of new and existing customers, working with advanced technological tools

Requirements:

# At least one year of proven experience as an account manager, customer success, or a similar position in a global hi-tech company or similar.

# Proven experience working with international companies, providers, and/or third parties.

# Strong organizational skills: being able to keep track of multiple projects and deadlines while

 juggling competing priorities.

# Orientation in basic computing tools, Excel, Slack, etc

# English – advanced or mother-tongue level, other languages - advantages 

# Service, motivation, and excellent human relations.

# Willingness to work a full-time job from the office in Tel Aviv
