Junior Buyer

Job Description:

• Manage and lead procurement processes in various fields such as IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, communications, and consulting
• Conduct negotiations and manage contracts with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors in Israel and abroad
• Develop and source new suppliers locally and internationally, while maintaining existing supplier relationships
• Collaborate closely with project managers and sales teams to support business projects
• Handle procurement requests and orders, including negotiation to reduce costs
• Track orders, process invoices, and ensure cost control
• Lead cross-organizational efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives

Position Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Industrial Engineering, Law, or similar) – mandatory
• 1-2 years of experience in procurement and negotiations with suppliers and manufacturers – mandatory
• Familiarity with business processes and relevant procurement fields – significant advantage
• Experience in integration/project companies – significant advantage
• Full proficiency in English – mandatory
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with high interpersonal skills and strong motivation
• Availability for full-time onsite work, with readiness for additional hours if necessary
