Full Stack Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Lead with a strong focus on front-end technologies and significant experience in AWS services. As the Full Stack Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and driving the development of innovative, scalable, and high-quality cloud solutions. Your role will encompass both hands-on coding and technical leadership, making you a key contributor to our organization’s success. This role requires a deep understanding of modern front-end frameworks, strong leadership skills, and expertise in AWS cloud services.

• Lead a team of full-stack and mobile developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive high performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, firmware developers, and other stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure coding standards are maintained, and promote best practices in software development.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies, and advocate for their adoption within the team.
• Manage technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API documentation, and user guides.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus React.js.
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
• Proficiency with front-end frameworks such as React/Redux.
• Strong knowledge of website programming languages such as HTML, CSS, Node.js and C#.
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for deploying and managing applications.
