Key Responsibilities:

1. Hands-On Social Media Management:

• Manage social media accounts for our diverse range of clients across various industries.
• Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

1. Content Creation and Strategy:

• Craft compelling and creative content tailored to each client's brand voice and target audience.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (advantage).

1. Client Portfolio Management:

• Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring each receives top-notch service.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and reporting.

1. Team Collaboration and Leadership:

• Work closely with the creative team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
• Advantage: Experience in managing a team and providing guidance to junior staff.

1. Influencer and UGC Management:

• Advantage: Recruit and manage influencers and user-generated content to amplify brand messages.
• Coordinate and oversee photoshoot days to create high-quality visual content (advantage).

Requirements:

Experience:

• Mandatory: Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management within a medium to large advertising, digital, or social media agency.
• Mandatory: Proven experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Mandatory: Expertise in managing Facebook and Instagram accounts. Experience with TikTok is a significant advantage.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong creative writing and content creation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Additional Advantages:

• Management Experience: Previous experience leading a team or mentoring junior colleagues.
• Photoshoot Management: Experience in planning and executing photoshoots.
• Influencer Marketing: Experience in recruiting and managing influencers and UGC campaigns.
• Important Note: Candidates who have only worked as freelancers and not within an established agency setting in recent years may not be the best fit for this role.
