Senior FP&A Analyst

We're looking for an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our growing team!

In this role, you will support the financial planning for various business units by developing long-term and short-term financial models, monitoring actual versus planned performance, assisting with monthly and quarterly close processes, and overseeing commission planning and calculations.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights and recommendations that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual financial budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Develop financial models and conduct ad-hoc analyses, offering strategic insights that support business decisions.
• Collaborate with various departments to create the annual commission plan and monitor commission programs for the relevant employees.
• Foster financial partnerships with business units, working with senior management to align staffing cost plans with operational goals and KPIs.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience as an FP&A Analyst, preferably in high-growth or global payments industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to data accuracy and reliability.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently, self-learn, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to senior management.
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau – an advantage.
• Experience with forecasting tools and business intelligence (BI) tools – an advantage.
